![]() ![]() If you use the eyepiece (ocular) for close range focusing, say 10-15yds., your crosshairs will be out of focus. It went a couple of hundred rounds with no problem, but that's not much of an acid test. ![]() "is that a Scirocco? NO! it's a Corrado!" Seems pretty rugged. It will not, however, take the place of a decent 4X or greater scope. Overall, its $25 well spent, and I would buy another one, if I had a need. I would prefer finer crosshairs, but they are not too intrusive. Clarity is good, but light transmission is a little weak, especially in low-light situations. At only 2.5 magnification, its really more of a good substitute for open sights. It does focus down to about 10 yds, but it uses an adjustable ocular, similar to a pair of binoculars, rather than an adjustable objective. I haven't used it on a springer yet, but its really solidly built. "is that a Scirocco? NO! it's a Corrado!"I have one that I bought for a Crosman Ultrlight project. And again, all I need is a scope to plink/hunt around with, under $100. If this one is not strong enough for the recoil what should I look into. Will this scope stand the recoil on mid-high power spring rifle? Like on BSA lightning or B20? Just curious, I'm shoping for a little plinking scope and I noticed this one is pretty cheap, $25 (set of mounts cost more hehehehe). ![]()
